This toolbar contains commands to manage user list.

Let’s consider toolbar buttons and their purpose (left-right):
| Edit User Groups | Allows to edit list of user groups. |
| “User List – User Group” filter condition | Allows to determine filter condition of user account list by user group. |
| Filter | Allows to filter user account list according to the User list – User group condition. There is a submenu containing command to show all user accounts without filtering – Show All List Items. |
| Import User & Access Accounts | Allows to import user & access accounts from CSV-file. |
| Add New User Account | Allows to add a new user account. |
| Clone User Account | Allows to add a new user account from the current one. |
| Edit User Account | Allows to edit current user account. |
| Delete User Account | Allows to delete current user account. |
| Delete All User Accounts | Allows to delete all user accounts. |
Also, you can use Users submenu of the main menu of the application or context menu of the user account list.
