This submenu contains commands to load, unload and export data and customize the application.

Let’s consider menu items and their purpose (top-down):
| Text Editor | Opens text editor dialog box. |
| Multimedia Player | Opens multimedia player. |
| Import | Allows to import user & access accounts from CSV-file or test blank from text file in RTF or TXT format. |
| Export to | Allows to export data of the current list to one of the following formats: (HTML, DOC, TXT, CSV, TAB, RTF, SYLK) or on the Clipboard. |
| Load Data | Provides loading of the data earlier unloaded from another workstation. |
| Unload Data | Provides unloading of the data for usage on another workstation. |
| Configuration | Allows to customize the application. |
Also, you can use Tools toolbar.
