To use a user photo, select Use Photo option. Then define the user photo using fields described below.
In the Photo File field, specify user photo file.
In the Format group, select user photo ratio.
Read the piece of advice concerning correspondence of format and size of the used image attentively, it will help you to avoid image distortions.
There are standard buttons at the bottom of the dialog. To confirm changes and close the dialog, click OK. To close the dialog without confirmation of changes, press Cancel button or X button in the right part of the dialog caption.
