If you select the Refresh User Photo on Account Changing option and move over the user list, the photo will be changed automatically. It can result in evident delays on low-powered computers at moving over the list. In that case it’s better to deselect the option and change photo manually using appropriate link above the photo.
Photo can be changed with some effect according to the selected one from the Photo Changing Effect list.
