TestGold allows to use even workstations outside network and easy share your data with other users.
Data unloading
You can unload the data of the user list, test sessions and access accounts.
1. Select items to unload.
Notice:
You can select several items at once.
Multiple selection of list items is ordinary for operating system, nevertheless we would remind you that:
– to select consecutive range of list items, click the first item of the range. Then hold the Shift button and click the last item of the range;
– to select non-consecutive list items, click each of them, holding the Ctrl button (repeated click on the selected item removes its selection).
2. Choose Tools | Unload Data or press Unload Data button on the Tools toolbar.
Data loading
1. You can load the data of the user list, test sessions and access accounts unloaded from another workstation.
2. Choose Tools | Load Data or press Load Data button on the Tools toolbar.
Distributed test editing and test usage
Unlike the majority of computer-aided testing systems, we don’t use databases to store and edit tests. Initially, TestGold test is a separate document physically located in the file of special format. As any other file it can be freely distributed, edited, deleted and used at test session on any computer with TestGold.
For easy reuse of the developed tests, you can:
| · | create a new test from an existing one;

| · | import a section from another test;
|
| · | import a question from another test;
|
| · | import an answer from another test.
